A Few Final Tips

Smoothie recipes can be tweaked however you'd like it! Don't be scared to play around and find what you like and what you don't. Raw local honey and pure maple syrup are great ways to lightly sweeten a smoothie if you find that it ends up being slightly bitter. Don't dump it, sweeten it a bit. Smoothie too watery? Chia seeds thicken things up or you can freeze your yogurt into ice cube trays. Prep ahead! You can prep a bunch of smoothies at one time and bag them into Ziploc bags to pull from the freezer as you need them. Spinach is mild tasting, smooth, and goes well with just about anything. If you're going to be making a lot of smoothies and you don't want to invest a fortune in a blender, this one is excellent! It even comes with a smoothie cup for making enough for just one or two smoothies. This low-carb, high-fat protein powder is pretty tasty!
